Arrange these ingredients to start preparing the meatballs. Let’s start preparation!

Before everything, preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C)

Preparing the Meatball Mixture

Mix rounded beef and pork meat together along with breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, milk and eggs well-enough.

Adding seasonings

Now, it’s my turn to start adding the minced garlic along with chopped parsley and dried oregano. Also evenly add salt and pepper in this meatball mixture.

Shaping the Meatballs

Scoop out portions of the mixture, and roll them into balls about 1 ½ inches using your hands. Make approximately 18-20 meatballs.

Preparing the Baking Sheet

Place the meatballs on the baking sheet apart from each other so they do not stick together. Brush them with olive oil to enhance their crisp.

Baking meatballs

Bake them inside the preheated-oven for at least 20-25 minutes until golden-brown.

You will always find them a hit. Serve them with marinara sauce or dippings of your choice. They are ideal to serve with sandwiches, pasta and cozy hi-tea spread.
With the comforting taste of Italy and the crunch from baking, you’ll be coming back for more. Enjoy creating your own version of Fazoli’s-style meatballs at home!
