Making this classic sampler at home is easy. Keep these ingredients on your shelf, and prepare them. First, make spaghetti with marinara sauce.

Spaghetti with Marinara Sauce 

Ingredients:

  • 200g spaghetti
  • 2 cups marinara sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Grated Parmesan cheese for garnish

Instructions:

  • According to the package instructions, bring to a boil to cook spaghetti until all is done. Drain it to keep it aside.

  • Prepare the Fettuccine pasta as per your package instructions. Drain them, and set aside.
  • Melt butter in a pan over medium heat, and add heavy cream in it later.

  • To make it more creamy, whisk the Parmesan cheese in it until it all get smooth
  • Add some salt & pepper.
  • Toss Fettuccine well the sauce, and garnish with chopped parsley

Meat Lasagna

Ingredients:

  • 6 lasagna sheets (no-boil or regular)
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • ½ cup cooked ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Grated Parmesan cheese for topping

Instructions:

  • Turn on your oven to preheat it at 375°F (190°C).
  • Mix ricotta cheese, eggs, salt and pepper in a bowl well, and place in a baking dish.

  • Combine salt, sugar, yeast and flour in a bowl, and knead it using lukewarm water until mixture is smooth.

  • Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 12-15 minutes.
