Ingredients:
For the Baked Spaghetti:
200g Spaghetti
1 ½ cups marinara sauce
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt & Pepper (to taste)
For the Baked Fettuccine Alfredo:
200g Fettuccine
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup heavy cream
2 tbsp butter
Salt & pepper (to taste)
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese (for baking)
For the Baked Lasagna:
6 Lasagna sheets (no-boil or regular)
1 cup ricotta cheese
½ cup cooked ground beef
1 cup marinara sauce
1 egg
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt & Pepper (to taste)
For the Garlic Breadsticks:
2 cup flour
2 ¼ tsp instant yeast
1 tsp sale
2 tbsp sugar
¾ cup warm water
2 tbsp melted butter
1 tsp garlic powder
Parmesan Cheese (grated)
How to make an oven-baked Classic Sampler?
Prepare the Baked Spaghetti
Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Keep them aside after draining.
Add marinara sauce in olive oil heated on medium flame.
Let the sauce simmer for 5 mins, and add salt & pepper.
Toss the spaghetti in the sauce, and take them out in a baking dish.
Top it with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese
Bake at least for 10 minutes in the preheated oven.
Take it out when the cheese melts into a golden brown texture.
Preparing the Baked Fettuccine Alfredo
Cook the fettuccine as per package instructions until al dente. Drain and set it aside
Take a saucepan to melt butter on medium flame.
Stir heavy cream in this melted butter until it’s all combined.
Whisk the Parmesan cheese until its smooth
Add salt and pepper, toss the fettuccine in the Alfredo sauce.
Place it in baking dish
Add mozzarella cheese on it
Bake in a preheated oven for at least 10 mins until it turns golden brown.
Making the Baked Lasagna
Preheat the oven at 375°F (190°C).
Mix ricotta cheese and eggs.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Make layers of marinara sauce, ricotta mixture, lasagna sheets, shredded mozzarella and ground beef in the baking dish.
Add marinara sauce, and Parmesan cheese at last, and cover the baking dish with foil paper.
Bake for at least 25 mins, and uncover the dish after 10 mins until it turns golden brown.
Preparing the Garlic Breadsticks:
Combine the flour, salt, sugar and yeast in a bowl to knead dough with lukewarm water until it is smooth.
Keep the dough aside for at least 30 mins.
Divide it in 6 pieces, and shape into breadsticks.
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 12-15 minutes.
Brush these garlic breadsticks with melted butter.
Further, add some garlic powder and Parmesan cheese.
